Workflow · Outbound at scale

Outbound that reads like your most thoughtful rep.

Signal-based prospecting. Multi-channel sequencing. Reply handling. We run GTM the way a product team runs an experiment — sprints, hypotheses, telemetry, rollback. Built around your ICP, not a template.

$185K
Yearly cost of an SDR who never ships at this quality

Founder-led outbound beats a hired SDR until $1M ARR — it's a pattern interrupt nobody else has. The math that runs underneath is the same for everyone: 500 emails turn into 250 opens, 20 replies, 10 demos, 2 customers. Hit that with the founder's voice on top of first-party signals and you win. Templated SDR blasts get filtered. We run the upstream — the prospecting graph, the variants, the reply triage — so the founder stays on the motion that's actually working. Every experiment ends in one of two outcomes: pipeline you can close, or conclusive evidence the segment is dead so you stop wasting cycles on it. Both make your next quarter better.

How we work

Four weeks. From silence to signal.

  1. Week 01

    ICP defined.

We tear apart your closed-won deals, talk to your AEs, and mine your CRM for the patterns that actually predict revenue. Your ICP gets built from data, not a workshop. Then we constrain the world to a named list — usually 10-20 accounts at the top, hundreds more in the warm tier — scored and loaded into your CRM.

  2. Week 02

    Sequences live.

Multi-touch email + LinkedIn cadences ship from warmed inboxes. Every message ties back to the signal that surfaced the prospect — a hire, a launch, a quote — not the same opener for every account. 50-125 words. Plain text. Reads like the founder, not an SDR.

  3. Week 03

    Replies route.

Every reply hits your Slack in minutes. Hot ones go to your AEs same-day with a one-pager on the account. Soft passes, objections, and unsubscribes get handled before they hit your inbox. You stop missing the 4-hour window where most replies still convert.

  4. Week 04

    Pipeline flows.

Weekly numbers on reply rate, meeting rate, and pipeline by sequence. We run a matrix — ICP slices × messaging angles × channels, 12-20 parallel experiments in the first month — on a 5-day cycle (Mon idea → Mon eve launch → Wed midpoint → Fri results). Not a quarterly playbook reset. By week 4 we know which ICP slice converts at what rate with which message. By week 8 we've doubled-down on the winners and killed the losers.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

How fast can you start?
Forty-eight hours from Slack invite to engineer in your channel. First prospect list ranked within a week. First experiment ships in 5 days. First production sequence live by week two.
What's the experiment matrix you run?
Two dimensions in parallel. ICP dimensions: vertical × geography × company size × stage × buyer role. Messaging dimensions: angle × tone × CTA × format × proof point. A typical engagement runs 12-20 parallel experiments in the first month on 5-day cycles — Monday idea, Monday evening launch, Wednesday midpoint, Friday results. By week 4 you know what works.
What happens if nothing works?
Every experiment ends with one of two outcomes: pipeline you can close, or conclusive evidence on that segment so you can stop wasting cycles on it. "This ICP × this message doesn't convert — here's why and here's what to try next." Both outcomes make your next quarter better. The only loss is the experiment you never run.
Do I need to bring my own ICP, or do you build it?
We build it. Closed-won breakdown, win/loss interviews with your AEs, pattern mining off your CRM. Your team approves the final ICP before we touch a sequence.
What if you can't beat our current reply rate?
We tell you in four weeks and stop billing engineering. If outbound isn't the right wedge for your motion, we'd rather kill the deal than keep it on life support.
What CRMs do you support?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Close, and anything with an API. Every booked meeting writes back with its source, so your AEs always know where the lead came from.
Will my AEs hate the leads you send?
Not so far. Hot replies route to your AEs with a one-pager on the account and the signal that surfaced them. They stop seeing the spammy bottom-of-funnel stuff.
Are you an agency?
No. We're an engineering team. The person in your Slack writes code, tunes the model that scores your prospects, and reads every reply for the first thirty days.
